Project manager for major grid development projects (m/f/d)
As a future-oriented grid operator, we are investing in an intelligent and strong grid infrastructure in the South Baden region and are thus making a decisive contribution to the success of the energy transition.
Your tasks
- Client representation and project management for complex, interdisciplinary construction and infrastructure projects of various sizes (including substations, switchgear)
- Development of project and site concepts including building and space concepts, variants, feasibility studies, economic feasibility studies
- Management and coordination of external planners, general contractors and internal specialist departments
- Budget and cost responsibility, including investment and cost calculation, cost control across all service phases, medium-term and multi-year planning in coordination with controlling
- Definition of strategic framework conditions for projects
- Management of approval and coordination processes
- Taking on the client’s tasks in project preparation, tendering and awarding, construction phase and acceptance as well as documentation and handover
- Planning and coordinating maintenance and repair measures for existing buildings
- Ensuring quality, deadlines, costs, occupational safety and documentation
Your qualifications
- Completed studies in the technical field or a construction-related qualification, e.g. master craftsman or technician training, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in a project environment
- Very good understanding of the transfer of functional, design and technical requirements into realizable projects
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in working with specialist planners, authorities and contractors
- Structured, responsible and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills and team orientation
- First independent management of projects or sub-projects
- Confident handling of MS Office and knowledge of SAP an advantage
