Your tasks
- We are looking for a full-time (40h), permanent position as Project Manager Geophysical Acquisition (m/f/d) for our New Ventures team in the Sub Surface division at the Karlsruhe site. You will play a key role in the identification and further development of new projects for the production of lithium and geothermal energy in our license areas along the Upper Rhine Graben. In particular, you will be responsible for the implementation of geophysical campaigns such as 2D and 3D seismic surveys.

- You prepare and set up geophysical exploration campaigns and supervise the entire project planning, organization, coordination and management.
- You create project plans, work breakdown structures, project schedules and timelines and ensure that all legal requirements are met.
- You will obtain approvals and report to various approval authorities such as the mining authority or nature conservation authorities.
- You coordinate all work streams – interdisciplinary and in German and English – and ensure smooth cooperation between all relevant internal and external specialist teams.
- You will take responsibility for the management systems and play an active role in their further development.
Your qualifications
- You have a degree in geosciences or a comparable course of study.
- You have relevant professional experience in project management and geophysical methods.
- You have basic knowledge of the Federal Mining Act (BBergG).
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage.
- You have experience with GIS and are confident in using MS Office.
