Your tasks
Leadership role to successfully shape the technical, operational and financial implementation of our photovoltaic projects Ensure that our projects are implemented in a technically flawless manner and in line with our customers' specifications Monitoring and controlling project implementation in terms of adherence to financial and time budget targets as well as QHSE requirements Preparing weekly and monthly status reports, updating schedules and checking compliance with them Analyzing, managing and mitigating risks and deviations in the context of project implementation and developing pragmatic proposals for solutions
Your qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or comparable training Several years of proven professional experience as a project manager, ideally in the field of photovoltaics Strong analytical and communication skills Willingness to travel worldwide Enjoy teamwork in international teams High degree of initiative and pragmatic creativity Good written and spoken English (at least C1 level), other foreign languages are desirable Good understanding of technical communication and experience with AutoCAD software
