What you can expect:
- Independent management and implementation of major projects in the field of switchgear, substations and comparable infrastructure projects
- Creation of project plans, budget calculations and schedule management to ensure efficient project execution
- Coordination and consultation with internal specialist departments as well as external service providers, authorities and suppliers
- Preparation of tenders, including EU-compliant award procedures, in close cooperation with the relevant specialist departments
- Ensuring transparent documentation and communication of all project progress
- Helping to design and optimize the new project management structure within the company
- Identifying risks and developing solutions for the successful implementation of projects
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues in the area of project management
You have:
- Completed further training as an electrical engineering technician or master electrical engineer, alternatively a degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the management of technical infrastructure projects, experience in the energy sector is an advantage
- Knowledge of primary and secondary technology as well as experience with switchgear and substations is an advantage
- Experience in the preparation of tenders, ideally also EU-compliant
- Confident handling of project management tools such as MS Project, MS Teams and SharePoint
- High level of initiative, structured way of working and solution-oriented thinking
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a team and actively support change and further develop the team
- Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage
