Project Manager (m/f/d) – Conceptualization & Decarbonization

• As a project manager (m/f/d), you not only support our projects from your laptop, but also bring your energy expertise directly into the building and identify modernization potential:
• This means that you first get a picture on site – you carry out inspections using an empact-developed app and create asset checks.
• You use the property-specific data to create sustainability strategies and contribute to the creation of suitable energy concepts (heat & electricity).
• You derive technically and economically sensible measures for decarbonization and differentiate between the categories of efficiency, sufficiency and transformation.
• You will also be responsible for carrying out energy audits and analyzing consumption data.

• You have studied energy building technology, supply engineering, electrical engineering or something comparable.
• You may have a qualification such as “energy consultant” or “certified energy efficiency expert for N W/NWG”.
• You have approx. 2 – 3 years of professional experience
• In the development of energy efficiency measures in buildings.
• You are proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel) – knowledge of pv* sol or other simulation programs is desirable.
• You have a structured way of working and a high quality standard in your work is important to you.
• Finally, you are open to inspections and business trips throughout Germany.
