Your tasks
Project management: With us, you will manage company-wide digitalization and IT projects (introduction of new technologies, automation of business processes, system integration, etc.) from initialization to commissioning. Project management: Your responsibility extends to project planning, including budget and resource planning, as well as controlling and change management. You will regularly present the project results to management. Requirements management: From analyzing the technical requirements for the project to defining the project orders, you will be responsible for advising our specialist units. You will also manage the selection of providers from the tender to approval by the Management Board. Risk management and quality standards: You identify and assess risks in connection with digitalization and implement targeted quality assurance measures. Stakeholder engagement: You communicate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and integrate feedback into the processes.
Your qualifications
On this basis, you will develop yourself further Successfully completed studies in (business) computer science, industrial engineering or a similar STEM subject. At least two years of experience in a comparable position and in (agile) project management - preferably in digitalization projects Your proactive and results-oriented approach characterizes your approach to project execution. Your strong analytical skills enable you to analyze data and make plausible decisions. Networking skills: Actively build and maintain useful contacts for your projects and deal confidently with business partners, colleagues and employees. A very good command of German rounds off your profile.
