The role
- Managing projects in all phases of planning and realization in accordance with HOAI
- Representation of Climatch GmbH before all project participants (customers, specialist planners, authorities and contractors)
- Development and implementation of energy solutions (heating/cooling, photovoltaics, charging solutions for electromobility)
- Responsible for costs, deadlines and quality of renewable energy solutions in properties (conversion, renovation and new build), as well as contract management
- Allocation of services in the projects, reporting during all project phases
- Supporting portfolio and asset managers in the development of property strategies and issues relating to structural renewal and structural maintenance
- Ensuring the sustainable profitability of projects and carrying out profitability calculations
Expertise
- You will need a technical education and relevant experience in the management of HVACSE projects in order to carry out your tasks as a project manager
- Ideally, you have a qualification as an engineer or technician specializing in HVAC, mechanical/process engineering, electrical or energy technology with further training in business administration
- You are assertive, goal- and solution-oriented and open to new technologies
- You are familiar with strategic project planning, energy concepts and planning principles in HVACSE projects and are able to manage several projects simultaneously
- You are a strong communicator with an independent, proactive and entrepreneurial way of thinking and working who knows how to optimally implement customer needs
- Good written and spoken German, knowledge of English and/or French is an advantage
