Project manager (m/f/d) for gas supply / house connections
Your tasks
- You take the lead in critical infrastructure!
- Management and supervision of construction projects: Independent implementation of projects for the construction of gas supply and house connection lines in Berlin and Brandenburg, taking into account the economic and technical objectives; construction process and construction site result control
- Scheduling and coordination: scheduling and coordination of personnel, equipment, materials and subcontractors
- Calculations: Preparation and maintenance of precise quotation and work calculations
- Supplement management: Identification and negotiation of supplements for cost-effective solutions
- Invoicing: Preparation of measurements and transparent cost statements
- Communication and reporting: Regular information, reports and coordination with the management and specialist departments on all technical and personnel-related tasks and issues
Your qualifications
- Training and experience: Completed training as a foreman, master craftsman, technician or engineer with professional experience as a project manager or comparable training would be desirable, but not a must
- Standards and regulations: Knowledge of the relevant regulations and standards in the gas sector
- Commitment and ability to work in a team: Committed, team-oriented and motivated to work proactively in a team
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action: Ability to think and act entrepreneurially, independent, committed and responsible way of working
- Communication and appearance: Good communication skills, confident and competent demeanor when dealing with various stakeholders
- IT user skills: Confident handling of IT tools
