Your Responsibilities

You’ll work on groundbreaking projects related to the energy transition, such as the expansion of modern infrastructure. You’ll support CapEx investments and transformations across various industries. From energy generation and distribution to the process engineering industry—we offer you challenges that will broaden your horizons.
Project management and coordination of exciting and demanding projects in the industrial and energy sectors
From organization and scheduling to cost management, contract management, and documentation
Developing and implementing efficient solutions and driving innovation
Collaborating with leading companies in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy, and plant engineering

Your Profile

A successfully completed technical college degree (e.g., in industrial engineering, civil engineering, or a similar field)
Professional experience in industry, project management, or consulting (e.g., as a project manager, project engineer, project coordinator, industrial engineer, civil engineer, plant engineering engineer, energy engineering engineer, project management consultant, or similar)
Strong understanding of technical concepts and proficiency with project management tools
Holistic thinking and the ability to skillfully connect diverse topics
Coordination experience and strong communication skills, including in intercultural contexts
Pioneering spirit, drive to shape the future, and analytical thinking
Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week within southern Germany
As part of the team, you will actively contribute to our success through your motivation and enthusiasm
Very good German language skills (at least C1)
