Your tasks
Management: You will manage the design and calculation of innovative energy systems for the resource-saving supply of heating and cooling to our customers and always maintain an overview. This includes coordinating planning offices. Planning/project planning: As a project manager, you will develop customized concepts for contracting systems in close coordination with the relevant stakeholders and thus contribute to the success of the projects. Implementation: You will use your expertise to advise the project development team on all issues relating to contracting systems and ensure that the systems are implemented. Responsibility: You will be responsible for projects including budget control and construction supervision from an economic and scheduling perspective and will be responsible for deriving and distributing task packages. Your qualifications
University degree in technical building services, energy and heating technology or a comparable technical degree Knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations, in particular VOB, HOAI is desirable Strong economic understanding Sound knowledge of MS Office and experience in using CAD and AVA software are desirable Cost-conscious and service-oriented actions and a structured/independent way of working as well as team player qualities
