Your tasks

  • As a project manager, you play a decisive role in the success of our projects. You will accompany projects from the planning stage through to final implementation. We offer you an exciting and varied job as well as the opportunity to work independently and develop personally and professionally. But what exactly would that look like?
  • Management of projects as required.
  • Responsibility for all project phases (preparation, planning, conception, implementation, test execution, project completion).
  • Creation and maintenance of project plans in coordination with the (sub-)project managers (TPL).
  • Identification of dependencies and deviations by means of prioritization.
  • Supporting the (sub)project managers and the project team with methodological issues.
  • Preparation of regular project status reports.
  • Implementation of project risk management.
  • Ensuring the provision of services and achievement of project goals in terms of time, budget and quality.
  • Direct contact person for the steering committee as a higher-level body.
  • Contributing to effective decision-making and communication with all stakeholders.
  • Advice and coordination on interface issues between IT, specialist departments and external consultants/service providers.
  • Management and implementation of workshops, retros and similar project formats.

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies, preferably with a focus on (business) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management/controlling or leading projects.
  • Ideally certifications in common project management methods, e.g. Prince2, ITIL, IPMA or SCRUM.
  • Ideally initial experience in the energy industry.
  • Strong communication skills with high social competence and coordination skills.
  • Very good knowledge of German.
  • High service orientation, outstanding organizational skills and strong planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, time flexibility and ability to work independently.
  • High problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality.
  • Friendly demeanor, entrepreneurial thinking, discretion and loyalty.
  • High level of self-motivation and enjoy working in a team.
