Your tasks
- As a project manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the economic, timely and compliant construction management of network investment, connection and relocation projects in the field of district heating – from implementation planning to realization – and will be the link between customers (m/f/d), internal departments and external service providers (m/f/d).
- Project work: You will coordinate the assigned construction projects from budget and schedule planning to supplementary management and invoicing – and thus manage projects far beyond traditional construction management.
- Procurement and contract awarding: You will be involved in tenders and contract awards, prepare these and implement contract awards to framework contractors (service phases 6-7 HOAI) – in close cooperation with the purchasing department.
- Construction supervision: You monitor the professional execution of construction projects in accordance with generally recognized standards and guidelines, the specifications of the network companies and the provisions of occupational health and safety (service phase 8 HOAI).
- Building acceptance: You will carry out acceptance tests, monitor the rectification of defects and assist in testing the functionality of system components and overall systems (service phase 9 HOAI).
- Quality and regulatory compliance: You ensure compliance with construction and safety regulations as well as legal and contractual requirements.
Your qualifications
- Education: You have a technical/university degree in one of the fields of energy and environmental engineering, supply or process engineering, civil engineering (infrastructure or civil engineering) or have a corresponding training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) in combination with relevant professional experience in civil engineering and pipeline construction.
- Knowledge: It is an advantage if you are already familiar with the regulations for energy suppliers (e.g. DVGW, VDE, NAV, NDAV, HOAI, VOB) as well as relevant standards.
- Software: You are familiar with MS Office applications. You are also interested in using GIS, SAP and calculation programs for your daily work.
- Skills: You have communication skills and service orientation in personal and telephone contact with customers (m/f/d) and service providers (m/f/d). Team spirit, commitment and an independent way of working make you a competent team member.
- On top: A class B or class 3 driving license rounds off your profile.
