Your tasks
Identify and evaluate potential areas for renewable energies Create documents for the acquisition and planning phase Approach owners and secure sites for renewable energy projects Secure access roads and cable routes up to the grid connection point Approaches authorities and municipalities Prepare and accompany land-use planning and approval procedures Leads project groups consisting of employees from various specialist departments during project implementation through to commissioning Send reports on ongoing project development activities to the team and/or department management
Your qualifications
Have a degree (geography, renewable energies, real estate management or similar) Have several years of relevant experience in the development, management and implementation of renewable energy projects Are assertive and team-oriented Are communicative, negotiate skillfully and are confident in your appearance Have very good knowledge of and experience with MS Office and GIS Have very good written and spoken German skills, good English skills are an advantage Are flexible and willing to work in the field
