Your tasks
Identify and secure locations for solar parks in Baden-Württemberg Accompany and coordinate the municipal urban land-use planning of projects Responsible for the preparation and submission of building/permit applications, coordinating the procedures and obtaining permits Negotiate contracts with landowners and local authorities Commissioning experts Lead project groups consisting of employees from various departments to ensure efficient construction
Your qualifications
Have a degree (e.g. geography, spatial planning, renewable energies, real estate management) If possible, you have experience in the development, management or planning of PV projects or have a similar planning background Have very good knowledge of and experience with MS Office and GIS Have very good written and spoken German skills, good English skills are an advantage Are assertive and team-oriented Are communicative, negotiate skillfully and are confident in your appearance Are flexible and willing to work in the field
