Your tasks
- The entire energy sector is changing. Are you enthusiastic about topics such as digital transformation, PV energy and the integration of renewable energies into our electricity grid? Then the VDE offers you the opportunity to further develop and actively shape the future of the energy transition, in line with the VDE motto “for a future worth living”:
- You will take over and develop a network of experts in the field of “solar energy systems” with a focus on the future-proof further development of the energy transition.
- You will actively drive the topics forward and develop them further. To do this, you will follow trends, develop ideas and visions yourself and contribute these to workshops, events and committees.
- Analyze and evaluate technological and economic contexts in important future topics (e.g. market and competition analyses, cost-benefit analyses, technology and application maturity levels).
- You will lead complex standardization projects with a national, European and international focus to success.
- Participation in studies, technology and standardization roadmaps.
- Processing and coordinating overarching projects and special projects in electrotechnical standardization.
Your qualifications
- Professional experience: with professional experience
- Completed university degree (Bachelor / Master) as well as sound technical and task-related knowledge through several years of professional experience.
- Practical experience in the solar industry or energy sector.
- Enthusiasm for the current and future energy system.
- You are characterized by a good independent working style, commitment and the ability to work in a team.
- You use your strong communication skills and assertiveness to manage networks of experts and to steer projects.
- As a driving force for topics, you have a strong sense of self-motivation and enthusiasm.
- In your role in project and standardization management, you are characterized by analytical thinking, the ability to work in a team and goal-oriented action.
- With your excellent command of written and spoken English, you can not only discuss with experts from all over the world on an equal footing, but also contribute to international standardization.
