Your tasks
- Strategic and organizational alignment of activities for the grid connection of all types of customer and generation systems and at the interface to other sectors
- Further development of grid connection rules; introduction of grid-forming properties and other new system requirements
- Independent coordination of work in project groups and expert networks, including opinion-forming, technical work and consensus-building
- Positioning the results with authorities, associations and at events
- Monitoring the legal framework and identifying the need for action
- You actively contribute your ideas and knowledge and represent the VDE FNN in a convincing and fact-based manner
Your qualifications
- Enthusiasm for the current and future energy system
- Completed university degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a related field of study
- Experience in the field of power grids or energy management
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to get to the heart of complex issues
- Enjoying the economic, political and legal classification of new topics
- Independent working style and strong teamwork skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English as well as the ability to get to the heart of complex issues
