Project manager (m/f/d) with a focus on the transformation of district heating

Your tasks
- You are enthusiastic about new and innovative technologies and would like to actively shape the future of energy supply in Weimar by driving forward and helping to shape new solutions.
- You will be responsible for managing projects in the field of district heating transformation and network expansion, including project planning, implementation and monitoring, working closely with our internal and external project team.
- You will coordinate closely with municipal authorities, in particular the city of Weimar, as well as other stakeholders and work actively with them.
- You will support the acquisition and securing of sites for new infrastructure projects as part of our transformation plan for district heating.
- You will prepare project plans, reports and decision papers for the management and committees to ensure transparent and well-founded project management.
Your qualifications
- You have successfully completed a master’s or diploma degree in a technical or economic field of study.
- You have already gained experience in the coordination and management of larger technical and / or construction projects, where a structured way of working and the ability to manage complex processes are required.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in public planning and approval law.
- You have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team and the willingness to actively drive change.
- In addition to strong analytical and conceptual skills, you think in terms of the company as a whole and have a solution- and implementation-oriented, independent way of working.
