Project Manager Renewable Energies (m/f/d)
The Thuringian Energy and GreenTech Agency (ThEGA), as the central competence center of the Free State of Thuringia, advises municipalities, state institutions and companies and initiates networks and pioneering pilot projects in the field of the energy transition.
Your tasks
- Planning, management and monitoring of renewable energy projects, in particular for solar energy
- Supporting the development of strategies for the expansion of renewable energies in Thuringia
- Active design and management of the ThEGA Solar Service Center
- Support and further development of the Thuringia solar calculator
- Advice on photovoltaic solutions, battery storage and charging solutions for electric cars
- Preparing and conducting initial and follow-up meetings with interested parties – by telephone or on site
- Planning photovoltaic systems with the help of software tools
- Commissioning appraisers or experts and preparing tenders as part of the public procurement process
- Preparation of reports and statistics
- Preparing content for the development of information materials such as newsletters, internet presentations and brochures
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering or economics or a comparable degree with a focus on renewable energies
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Strong interest in environmentally relevant engineering topics and issues
- Knowledge of project management and procurement procedures
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Independent, structured and conscientious way of working
- Very good organizational and communication skills as well as a high degree of team spirit
