Your tasks
Together with our planning team, you will work on industrial and commercial construction projects in countries such as Tunisia, Vietnam, Mexico and many more You will supervise varied and challenging projects ranging from new construction, extensions or conversions to renovations and will independently take on tasks in planning, tendering and awarding contracts, construction supervision with cost and schedule control up to handover to the customer in accordance with the HOAI service phases
Your qualifications
Completed studies in supply engineering, energy and building services engineering or similar; alternatively, further training as a heating, ventilation and air conditioning technician (m/f/d) is welcome At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of supply or energy and building technology Good knowledge of VOB, HOAI (LP 1-9), AVA Competent handling of MS Office, AutoCAD and ideally Revit MEP / Tricad Open and open-minded communication as well as a goal-oriented way of working Structured, goal-oriented and committed way of working and ability to work in a team Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English, other languages such as Spanish or French desirable
