Project planner (m/f/d) street lighting
We, FairNetz GmbH, are the grid operator in Reutlingen and in many municipalities in the region. With around 400 employees, we ensure the reliable and sustainable operation of electricity, natural gas, district heating and drinking water grids. We are actively shaping the energy transition with state-of-the-art technology, intelligent distribution grids, the integration of renewable energies, innovative digitalization strategies and the promotion of electromobility.
Your tasks
- Planning and project management of street lighting systems from an electrical and lighting engineering perspective
- Calculation and preparation of offers and tender documents
- Project planning for low- and medium-voltage grid projects and broadband projects
- Coordinating and liaising with offices, authorities, utility providers and internal specialist departments
- Organization and coordination of funding administration
- Supporting projects from planning to acceptance and project completion
Your qualifications
- Are you interested in the planning and implementation of modern lighting concepts, do you work in a structured manner and can maintain an overview even in complex projects? Would you like to use your technical and organizational expertise to help make public infrastructure efficient, sustainable and future-proof? Then become part of our team!
- Completed technical training, ideally with further training as a technician or master craftsman or a completed technical degree
- Professional experience in the field of energy or electrical engineering
- Confident handling of common IT applications (MS Office); basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Structured, independent and responsible way of working with a strong customer focus
- Very good communication and negotiation skills

- Remuneration
- Our remuneration is based on the TV-V collective agreement and, in the case of RSV, the WBO collective agreement. Each job is evaluated and remunerated according to performance.
- Pension scheme according to TV-V
- The costs of a supplementary pension scheme are covered to a large extent. In addition, private pension provision is subsidized as part of deferred compensation.
- Working hours and annual leave
- Our working hours are 39 hours per week. Depending on the position and where possible, flexible working hours or flexitime models are offered. Annual leave is 30 working days.
