Preparation of studies, expert reports, model calculations, and statistics that advance the energy transition in the building sector
Monitoring and analysis of relevant legal requirements, technical standards, market developments, and incentive programs
Identifying topics for target audiences in collaboration with the communications team
Conceptualizing and preparing content (e.g., accessible formats, practical focus, application in real-world scenarios) in collaboration with communications
Coordinating external experts and ensuring effective collaboration
Service Center / Technical Hotline (Hotline & Email)
Providing technical support for incoming inquiries at the Service Center (hotline and email)
Maintaining and expanding the knowledge base, e.g., updating FAQs and developing standard responses
Ensuring technical quality and smooth operations, including process improvements (e.g., standard referrals to other institutions)
Regular evaluation and further development of service center structures
Planning internal staffing to cover hotline hours
The position is available on a part-time or full-time basis (at least 30 hours) and is initially a fixed-term contract for two years with the option of permanent employment.
Your Profile
A completed college degree (Master’s/Diploma/Bachelor’s) in a field relevant to building design, with a focus on energy-efficient and climate-neutral construction and renovation
Relevant professional experience in the fields of energy consulting, building services engineering (HVAC & renewable energy), and energy and building management
A very good understanding of political, economic, and technical contexts and dynamics
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a systematic and independent approach to work
A confident demeanor and a commitment to building relationships when interacting with partners and target audiences
Strong communication skills, excellent command of the German language (spoken and written), and
A passion for working independently within interdisciplinary teams with agile project structures in a dynamic environment characterized by rapid change
