Your tasks
As a sub-project manager for rights of way, you are responsible for the procurement of pipeline rights for the construction, operation and maintenance of technical facilities for the transport of gas and hydrogen within the Gasunie Deutschland group of companies. You are responsible for the project-related procurement of pipeline rights and construction permits for pipeline projects for the transportation of natural gas and the new energy source hydrogen You plan the acquisition of rights from the outset and manage, coordinate and control the offices and negotiators involved in the acquisition of rights You assess the project-related framework conditions of the legal acquisition and develop concepts for the most conflict-free realization of the infrastructure project possible You carry out stakeholder management and know your multipliers You represent the project in the team at public events in terms of early public participation
Your qualifications
Studies in engineering specializing in geodesy, civil engineering, agriculture or forestry or similar Basic legal understanding of contracts under private and public law Very good communication skills and a confident manner High level of assertiveness and skill in dealing with stakeholders Confident acting under high decision-making and responsibility pressure Ability to work in a team, also in international project groups Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office products Outlook, Word, Excel etc. Good written and spoken English
