• As a Real Estate and Pipeline Rights of Way Officer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the procurement of real estate and pipeline rights for the construction, operation and maintenance of technical facilities for the transportation of gas and hydrogen within the Gasunie Deutschland Group. In our collaborative teams, you can contribute your skills effectively, develop your specialist knowledge and shape the future of sustainable energy supply with us.
• You are a sub-project manager and coordinate the project-related acquisition of rights and stakeholder management for the construction and operation of gas and hydrogen infrastructure in the Hamburg / Schleswig-Holstein area.
• You are responsible for the project-related procurement of real estate, pipeline rights and building permits for pipeline and station construction projects for the transportation of gas and the new energy carrier hydrogen
• You represent and plan the project-related acquisition of rights in major projects from the outset
• You assess the project-related framework conditions for the acquisition of rights and develop concepts for the most conflict-free realization of the infrastructure project possible
• You carry out stakeholder management and know your multipliers
• You represent the project in the team at public events
• You manage, coordinate and control the offices and negotiators involved in the acquisition of rights

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering with a specialization in geodesy, construction, agriculture or forestry or a comparable degree
• You have relevant knowledge/experience in real estate and land registry, preferably in the legal handling of major projects/line constructions
• You have a basic legal understanding of contracts under private and public law
• You have good user knowledge of Microsoft Office products Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
