Proposal Manager / Bid Manager Central and South East Europe, CIS & Turkey (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- As a Proposal Manager in the Proposal Processing department, you will be responsible for preparing proposals/offers in the energy/water management and energy infrastructure sectors
- You will mainly work on proposals for the sales region CIS countries, Eastern and South Eastern Europe
- You will calculate, prepare and process proposals in close cooperation with our technical experts
- You present and negotiate the offers confidently with the customer
- You constantly monitor the market situation and identify new markets
Your qualifications
- Completed studies, ideally with an engineering background and a background in energy economics or business administration
- Experience in consulting very advantageous
- Analytical and structured way of thinking
- Very good knowledge of English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and openness to new topics, e.g. renewable energies and sustainability
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point)
