Your tasks
You will be responsible for stabilizing the core operating business through adequate quality assurance of the processes in retail, with regard to the systems and tools used. You will recognize requirements and trends, evaluate them and independently implement them in projects and processes, including the necessary tools. You will constantly build up new knowledge for overcoming existing and future challenges and translate this into necessary measures. You will independently monitor existing business models and processes in terms of performance and automation. You will independently expand existing digitalized processes to include new requirements, including programming or corresponding IT assignments. You will answer questions associated with the digitalization of energy trading not only methodically, but also in terms of content and implement your findings accordingly.
Your qualifications
Completed studies, e.g. with a focus on economics or business informatics or comparable qualification Functionally relevant professional experience in the field of energy management including common system solutions Methodological knowledge of process analysis and documentation in energy procurement & trading Great interest in digitization topics as well as high IT affinity and confident handling of relevant software applications Organizational talent and a broad understanding of trading processes Basic knowledge of project management with agile methods and procedures is an advantage Knowledge of handling and communicating with relational databases Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python) High communication skills, very good conceptual skills and strong analytical skills to solve complex problems
