Quality Assurance Expert (m/f/d) in the PMO for the Future of Energy Supply division
Dena’s mission is to contribute to the success of the energy transition. Your tasks
- To strengthen our PMO team, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) in the area of quality and knowledge management who will further develop the internal standards of our specialist area, make knowledge available in a structured manner and contribute to the continuous improvement of our work processes.
- Quality assurance for documents with external impact
- Maintenance and further development of the department’s internal knowledge management system
- Supporting compliance with standards at internal appointments and events
- Further development of quality standards in the department
- Internal consulting and training in the area for the communication of standards and knowledge management
- The position is full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours/week) and is initially limited to two years with the option of permanent employment.
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed training or studies (BA) with a commercial focus, in business administration, project management or a comparable course of study
- Proven two years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
- Openness and interest in co-designing and further developing lean processes in your area of responsibility
- Participation in the design and optimization of interface processes in science and quality management
- Ability to organize and work in a team and willingness to work independently in a varied and dynamic environment
- Experienced handling of MS Office
- Very good written and spoken German
