Quotation Manager in Internal Sales (m|w|d)
Your tasks
- Do you like to keep a lot of balls in the air? With your prudent way of working, in this job you will take over the complete bid project management and thus ensure the high-quality and timely processing of bids within the framework of (DACH) tendering procedures.
- You will clarify the technical and commercial requirements with our national and international customers on your own responsibility and obtain input from your technical and commercial colleagues in the sales and project management team.
- Assessing all risks, you will develop an optimal offer, ensure the internal approval process and present the offer to the customer.
- You keep an eye on all our internal KPIs (e.g. project margins, cash flow, security and credit instruments, insurance, contract risks) and optimize them.
- Checking and negotiating contracts and implementing change requests are challenges that you are happy to take on.
- Once the project has been successfully completed, you hand it over to your colleagues, who take care of the implementation of the project.
Your qualifications
- Degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering or similar technical background or preferably a comparable technical qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the energy sector, including engineering and long-term services
- Knowledge of project risk management requirements such as insurance, collateral, guarantees, indemnities, etc.
- Independent, organized way of working, ability to work in a team as well as negotiation skills and strong technical understanding
- Profound know-how in dealing with Microsoft 365 and confident communication in German and ideally also in English
