Your tasks
You will control, monitor and manage the automated and manual pre-litigation dunning process. Regular monitoring of receivables and account clarification in the billing system are part of your day-to-day business. You will also be responsible for processing and monitoring installment payment agreements in the pre-litigation area. You will also prepare legal files and process our debt collection database. You are also the telephone contact for our customers in the blocking process. No problem for you thanks to your communication skills. Sounds varied? It is.
Your qualifications
Do you have a commercial qualification and an interest in receivables management? Great, then you'll fit in with us. It would be perfect if you have already gained experience in the energy industry. You are familiar with MS Office and SAP applications. It would be perfect if you are already familiar with our ISU system or can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems or applications. Of course, we will familiarize you with our company-specific systems. You don't shy away from problematic and complex conversations and act with calm and communication skills. As a team player, you value the exchange with your colleagues.
