You will control, monitor and manage the automated and manual pre-litigation dunning process. Regular monitoring of receivables and account clarification in the billing system are part of your day-to-day business. You will also be responsible for processing and monitoring installment payment agreements in the pre-litigation area. You will also prepare legal files and process our debt collection database. You are also the telephone contact for our customers in the blocking process. No problem for you thanks to your communication skills. Sounds varied? It is.
