Your tasks
- Process development and optimization: Responsibility for the design and implementation of efficient receivables management processes and continuous adaptation to legal changes
- Key figure monitoring: development of a reporting system to manage the receivables portfolio and derive strategic measures
- Service provider management: coordination and monitoring of external service providers to ensure quality and effectiveness
- Payment management: carrying out account clarifications, monitoring dunning processes and preparing statistics on payment flows
- Receivables management: processing legal matters, managing external lawyers and service providers and carrying out enforcement measures
Your qualifications
- You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on business law, law, business administration, energy management or a comparable field of study. Alternatively, you have comparable knowledge and experience.
- You have in-depth knowledge of the energy industry, knowledge of billing and a strong commercial understanding. Comprehensive knowledge of grid usage, feed-in and MSB contracts is a matter of course for you.
- You have several years of professional experience in the utilities industry, particularly with a focus on billing and receivables management.
- You are entrepreneurial, good at time and self-management, make sound decisions and think analytically. Customer orientation and negotiation skills are among your strengths.
- You are service-oriented, a good communicator and have a keen sense of your customers’ needs.
