Your tasks

You will independently take care of applications to the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA), e.g. cost applications, regulatory account, capital cost surcharge with high earnings relevance. You will develop strategic guidelines for the entire Mainova Verbund in commercial regulatory issues and for the regulation-relevant technical reporting system. You will also be responsible for managing and implementing the requirements of the regulatory framework. Your tasks include, for example, revenue planning, the preparation of activity reports, the design and implementation of complex calculation models or the control of data queries. You will act as a committee representative in association working groups in a regulatory context and evaluate the development of the regulatory framework for the company. Managing projects and taking on special tasks as well as deputizing for the head of department round off your job profile.

Your qualifications

Completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering or a similar subject area Ideally functionally relevant professional experience in the field of regulatory management, good knowledge of the energy industry/energy law and knowledge of HBG and IFRS Strong regulatory knowledge of the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) as well as in the areas of accounting and controlling including knowledge or affinity of the commercial systems in the Mainova network and very good Excel skills are desirable A high level of comprehension, analytical skills as well as strong negotiation and communication skills Structured and independent way of working as well as strong coordination and organizational skills
