Your tasks
Design the developing hydrogen market, including the corresponding regulatory framework, for astora, based in Kassel, and support the further development of the regulation of the natural gas market. Analyze European and national legislation and its impact on the natural gas and hydrogen market in general and on astora in particular Contact person for regulatory authorities (e.g. BNetzA, E-Control) Coordination of regulatory requirements through to operational implementation, including ongoing support Advancing the company's interests in associations (e.g. GIE, BDEW, INES) Elaboration of company positions and statements / consultations incl. group-internal coordination Active monitoring of the hydrogen market Sub-project responsibility for connecting the storage facility to the future H2 transport network Support in the marketing of H2 storage capacities
Your qualifications
Completed university degree in economics, business administration, engineering or similar, alternatively training with several years of relevant professional experience Professional experience in the energy industry desirable, preferably in the field of natural gas storage or transportation logistics Experience in association work is an advantage Above-average communication skills and ability to work in a team Strong organizational and coordination skills Business fluent in German and very good written and spoken English
