The aim of SILENOS ENERGY is to promote the economic expansion of geothermal energy as a renewable form of energy in Germany and thus make a valuable contribution to the domestic economy and the goals of the energy transition. Electricity and heat are generated from geothermal energy and large heat pumps and distributed via the associated supply networks. As a company of the European technology group for construction services STRABAG SE, SILENOS, headquartered in Cologne, is currently pursuing projects primarily in the Bavarian Molasse region.
Your tasks
You are an expert in the development and design of new projects in the field of heat supply with renewable heat from geothermal energy; Accompanying the project development, planning and implementation of renewable energy supply concepts for new renewable generation plants for heat supply; Responsible for the preparation and evaluation of project outlines, offers and project calculations; Ongoing monitoring of the market environment in the heat supply sector and active development, establishment and maintenance of internal and external networks; Supporting and implementing transaction processes, drawing up contracts and developing business plans; preparing the basis for decisions and coordinating deadlines; Coordination and support of project participants (e.g. landowners, subcontractors, authorities) and their central contact person
Your qualifications
Completed studies in the field of (industrial) engineering, preferably in geothermal supply engineering (TU Clausthal, Leoben, or similar) or a comparable field with (many years of) professional experience in positions of responsibility; Ideally experience in project management of geothermal, combined heat and power and/or district heating network systems; Broad energy industry knowledge and interest, coupled with an entrepreneurial attitude; Business fluent in English and willingness to travel; Professional appearance, organizational talent and decision-making ability; Good IT skills (Microsoft 365)
