Research assistant (m/f/d) in the field of energy management systems

Your tasks
- Customer support and project work in connection with the Fraunhofer IOSB-AST energy management software.
- Competent support for the installation, configuration and maintenance of the software.
- Scientific and industry-related work on the identification and requirements analysis of energy management functions for the Fraunhofer IOSB-AST software solutions.
- Application and testing of existing and new energy management functions as part of interesting projects for municipal utilities and energy suppliers.
- Close coordination with internal departments such as IT and development in order to develop customized requirements and solutions.
Your qualifications
- A university degree in computer science, engineering or economics with a focus on energy systems or energy economics
- Experience in managing projects or project teams (desirable)
- Familiar and very good to good experience in dealing with databases and SQL queries for Oracle & Postresql
- Very good experience in the maintenance and administration of software systems
- Interest in and enjoyment of solution-oriented implementation of energy industry issues
- Experience in the field of energy technology and/or energy industry processes is advantageous
- Very good knowledge of German required
