Stadtwerke Germersheim GmbH is a customer-oriented service company with the divisions electricity, gas, water and heat supply as well as port operations and wastewater disposal. With 77 employees, we supply 28,000 inhabitants of the district town of Germersheim and the municipality of Lingenfeld with an annual turnover of approx. 43 million euros.
Your tasks
- Customer support from initial contact to contract conclusion
- Advising prospective customers by phone, digitally and on site
- Preparation of offers, calculation of solutions and sales support for projects
- Coordination of queries between customers, technology and internal departments
- Providing support both in the office and in the field during consultation appointments and presentations
- Service management
Your qualifications
- Enjoy selling and advising customers
- Confident and convincing in communication, both written and verbal
- Structured, independent and team-oriented way of working
- Interest in sustainable energy solutions and technical contexts
- Ideally experience in sales, customer service or technical office work
- Motivation to learn new topics quickly and take on responsibility
