Your tasks
- Development and project management:
- You will develop customized supply solutions for heat, electricity and cooling supply.
- You will also be responsible for coordinating project implementation with the responsible operating units and internal stakeholders.
- Another task is the transformation of existing supply locations to a fully renewable heat supply.
- Customer contact:
- You are responsible for customer acquisition and consulting in your sales area.
- You will look after customers on site and secure or expand customer loyalty.
- Contract management and administration:
- You will prepare technical and economic calculations and quotations and conduct contract negotiations up to and including contract drafting.
- You will process public tenders and be responsible for dealing with project-related inquiries.
- You will provide support in customer service and billing, primarily in an advisory capacity or from the customer’s perspective.
Your qualifications
- Technical training and studies:
- You have completed a technical degree (e.g. as an industrial engineer in the field of energy and environmental technology, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering).
- Alternatively, you are a state-certified technician or have comparable knowledge (e.g. as an industrial foreman).
- Professional experience and specialist knowledge:
- Ideally, you will have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in energy technology or energy management.
- In addition, you have already gained business management experience as part of your previous activities.
- You have experience in dealing and communicating with customers, preferably in the energy sector and in contract management.
- Project management, including calculations, as well as the implementation, participation and management of projects is something you are comfortable with and enjoy.
- Digital competence:
- You have a very good command of MS Office programs, especially Excel and Word, and are familiar with CRM systems.
- Language and other skills
- You are business fluent in German.
- Appearance and working style:
- You have a confident, professional demeanor and a high level of service orientation when dealing and negotiating with customers and partners .
- Your way of working is characterized by cross-divisional and analytical thinking.
- You work proactively and are interested in helping to shape sales work and sales processes.
