The PSI Group develops software products to optimize energy and material flows for utilities and industry. The Grid & Energy Management business unit specializes in developing software solutions for the energy sector. Our portfolio includes intelligent solutions for grid operators in the electricity, gas, heat, oil, and water sectors. Our focus is on modern grid control systems and energy trading software for the energy market.

Your Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Manager, you’re not just a salesperson—you’re a strategic partner to key players in the energy industry. You drive our expansion and establish our innovations where they make the biggest difference.
  • Growth Driver: You identify opportunities with energy providers and grid operators and turn leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Deal-Closer: With strategic skill, you coordinate the entire sales cycle—from initial interest to successful contract closure.
  • Bridge Builder: Together with colleagues from the technical departments, you translate complex technology into real value for customers.
  • Visionary: You support our international HUB strategy and lay the groundwork for our success on the European stage.
  • Strategist: You independently segment your market and allocate your resources where they will have the greatest impact.

Your Qualifications

  • Track Record: You have solid sales experience, ideally in the energy, software, or deep-tech sectors.
  • Tech Mindset: You have a strong affinity for technical innovations and know how to present complex solutions in a simple and engaging way.
  • Hunter Mentality: You’re self-organized, goal-oriented, and eager to tap into new markets.
  • Global Player: Fluency in German and English, as well as a willingness to travel within Europe, are a given for you. A second foreign language rounds out your profile.
  • Purpose: You don’t just want to sell—you want to help shape the sustainable energy world of tomorrow.
