Your tasks
- In sales, customer satisfaction and excellent service are the focus of your daily work. You develop new properties and advise customers from the real estate industry on challenges in the sector. You understand exactly what is important and can offer the exact solutions that meet the requirements of your customers.
- Customer support and acquisition: You are responsible for supporting our existing customers and acquiring new customers in the Lower Bavaria region. You will support our customers as a competent contact person and build long-term relationships.
- Network: You will actively expand our network in the Lower Bavaria region and maintain relationships with key players in the housing industry (property management, housing cooperatives, property developers).
- Customer focus and service quality: With your eye for detail and your high quality standards, you ensure that our customers are always well looked after and satisfied.
- Strategic target achievement: You support the achievement of our strategic sales targets and make an important contribution to the company’s success.
- Sales strategies: You develop and implement effective sales strategies to further expand our market position in Lower Bavaria.
Your qualifications
- Specialist knowledge
- You have completed commercial or technical vocational training or have a comparable qualification, possibly even in the housing industry.
- Expertise
- Experience with CRM systems and knowledge of the housing industry would be an advantage.
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally SAP would be desirable.
- Motivation & team spirit
- A high level of customer orientation and solution-finding skills as well as the ability to work independently, work under pressure and a confident manner – even in stressful situations – are among your absolute strengths.
- With your positive charisma and communication skills, you will inspire our customers in the field.
- Your ability to organize yourself enables you to work in a focused manner, set priorities and complete your tasks effectively.
