Your tasks

  • Independent acquisition and expansion of the service business (new customer acquisition)
  • Processing, coordination and independent, autonomous coordination of customer inquiries in cooperation with NRM’s electricity and pipe network operations and the legal department
  • Independent processing of calculations, preparation, presentation and negotiation of offers for all NRM products and NRM services up to the conclusion of the contract to expand and deepen value creation
  • Optimized customer experience management (continuous customer support from inquiry through the construction phase to invoicing) as well as participation in customer events / customer and network maintenance
  • Ensuring advance payment requirements and final invoicing to the customer
  • Creating and developing processes necessary for customer acquisition and support
  • Contributing to the development and realization of projects to improve overall operational processes and taking on, processing and taking responsibility for special tasks
  • Supporting the department management in all aspects of “service”
  • Contributing to the development and continuous maintenance of an order data overview/dashboard/ for order and EBT presentation as part of the forecast

Your qualifications

  • Completed technical studies (e.g. specializing in industrial engineering or energy technology) or comparable qualification (technician/master craftsman training) with professional experience in the aforementioned field of activity
  • Experience in project and service management
  • Experience in leading contract negotiations
  • Committed and communicative manner with the necessary assertiveness
  • Negotiation skills
  • Control of sales processes
  • Good PC user skills in MS Office and SAP
  • Class B driving license
