Your tasks

Active involvement in shaping the energy and heating transition Enthusiastic sales of energy products and sustainability strategies Convincing sales arguments for heat (local heating, district heating and contracting) and other energy solutions in projects Together with a dynamic team: preparation and negotiation of supply and service offers as well as offer calculations and coordination of the technical framework conditions Initiating product development processes to acquire and retain customers as part of projects Continuously improving your own working environment, the interfaces with other specialist departments and cross-departmental projects Maintaining contractual and personal relationships with customers, including existing networks, as well as collecting, recording and analyzing relevant customer information Coordinating sales activities in the planning, project planning, installation and, if necessary, financing of energy and heating solutions Taking into account and applying the latest subsidy programs

Your qualifications

With your successfully completed Bachelor's degree in energy and building technology, business administration (m/f/d), engineering (m/f/d) or comparable training with corresponding further training certificates as well as professional experience in the energy industry and supply technology environment With your negotiating skills and target group-oriented communication skills at eye level with internal and external discussion partners and decision-makers With pragmatism, your sociability and your sales gene With your high willingness to learn in related, sometimes complementary specialist areas such as law, IT, supply engineering or business administration If you continuously share your experience to ensure the success of the team by thinking outside the box both internally and externally
