Your tasks
You will design, operate and be responsible for the operational business processes in our SalesOffice team for the sale of our energy supply products electricity & natural gas as well as the 360 marketing of our energy service products, explicitly for the customer group of SMEs and the real estate industry. You will work closely with the key account managers in day-to-day sales activities and at the market and customer interface. You will be responsible for designing, monitoring and controlling all business processes required for sales with all internal and external departments and market partners involved in the value creation process. By preparing offers, processing load profiles and drawing up contracts, you not only form the central core of our "to acquire" and "to serve" processes, but also make an active and decisive contribution to our joint sales success and the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.
Your qualifications
Successfully completed commercial training or studies. Experience with energy industry business processes desirable. Personal commitment, motivation and a high degree of team spirit and initiative.
