YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WITH US
Monitoring the profitability of the heating and gas divisions
Coordinating with the technical department on technical projects in the heating division
Developing concepts for new products and services
Preparing decision-making frameworks for the development and expansion of strategic business areas
Drafting contract concepts in line with developments in contract law
Preparing and managing contracts in the heat supply sector
Preparing price calculations for regulated-rate customers
Sales planning and controlling for the heating and gas divisions
Preparing evaluations and analyses
Monitoring legal developments (heating transition)
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
Degree in business, utility engineering, or industrial engineering
Interest in the energy sector and modern heating solutions
Confident and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers and partners
Structured, independent, and responsible work style
Strong communication skills and a passion for cross-functional collaboration
Good analytical skills and a solid understanding of business principles
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Ideally: Experience in sales, customer management, or project-based business
Ideally: Knowledge of district heating, energy contracting, or municipal energy supply
