Sales Representative (m/f/d) Customer Service

As a subsidiary of Stadtwerke Reutlingen GmbH, we supply around 130,000 customers with electricity, natural gas, drinking water and heat. The group of companies employs over 800 people. Your tasks
- You are the central interface for our private and business customers for all energy-related matters – whether on the phone, by e-mail or in person
- You use your specialist knowledge to advise our customers on our products and answer questions about billing
- You focus on strong customer loyalty: With cross-selling and up-selling, you turn interested parties into satisfied regular customers
- You use existing contacts to actively acquire new customers and thus ensure growth
- You make data changes in SAP IS-U and ensure that our customer data is always up to date
Your qualifications

- Completed commercial training – with additional qualifications or further training
- You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and find confident solutions
- Initial experience in customer service is a plus, but not a must
- You enjoy making phone calls and writing precise and clear emails

- Remuneration
- Our remuneration is based on the TV-V collective agreement and, in the case of RSV, the WBO collective agreement. Each job is evaluated and remunerated according to performance.
- Pension scheme according to TV-V

- Working hours and annual leave
- Our working hours are 39 hours per week. Depending on the position and where possible, flexible working hours or flexitime models are offered. Annual leave is 30 working days.
