As a distribution grid operator in the regions of Heinsberg, Mönchengladbach, Viersen and parts of the Rhine district of Neuss, NEW Netz GmbH plays a key role in making the energy transition a success. • You act as a contact person for the specialist departments in the energy industry environment with a focus on tariffing, billing, invoicing, meter reading, scheduling and convergent invoicing
• Your tasks will include creating requirement descriptions and solution concepts as the basis for IT implementation
• You will work in interdisciplinary teams from the business department, IT and external service providers and actively implement the requirements
• You will be responsible for customizing SAP IS-U and managing processes – including across system boundaries
• You analyze and interpret new legal requirements independently and on your own responsibility and take care of their integration into the existing IT systems
• You support projects in the SAP IS-U environment, in particular the upcoming conversion to the SAP S4/Utilities solution

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally you have a degree in business administration or business informatics
• You have good industry knowledge of the energy sector, in particular the legal basis and processes, as well as relevant professional experience in this environment
• You have extensive knowledge of SAP IS-U
• You are enthusiastic about complex IT landscapes using different technologies
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and a structured, independent way of working
• You appreciate working in a team
