As an SAP Super User (m/f/d), you’ll work as part of a team on the ongoing improvement of the ERP applications SAP-EAM/PM, MRS Plantafel, and SSAM (SAP mobile applications) for maintenance processes in the TenneT transmission grid (AC Onshore).

Your Contribution to TenneT
You’ll work closely with key users to gather problem reports, error messages, and requirements, and you’ll actively contribute to finding solutions.
You will actively participate in cross-site SAP change requests (improvement packages). This will be done in close collaboration with neighboring departments (IT, Offshore Maintenance).
You will take the lead in overseeing the phases of requirements management, testing, development, acceptance, and implementation.
You will conduct training sessions on SAP workflows and the SAP application for key users and SAP users in the department.
With your extensive knowledge of both the tools (the SAP system and connected IT applications) and the actual business processes, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement. In doing so, you’ll make a vital contribution to the targeted further development of this information- and data-driven business unit.
In this role, you will deepen your methodological and technical expertise in SAP S/4 modules such as Enterprise Asset Management/Plant Maintenance, MRS Plant Schedule, SAP Service & Asset Manager (SSAM), as well as—as needed—in Project System, Material Management, and Portfolio Management, and you will have the opportunity to further develop into an expert.
The Field Operations AC department performs field work such as maintenance, overhauls, and small-scale projects for AC systems, including asset data, documentation, and standardization. It takes on technical roles in larger projects and operates communication and automation networks. The unit performs detailed engineering services for various systems and provides central technical support for other operational units. Clear performance goals and OKRs are defined for management purposes.
Your Profile
This position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, IT, or a related field. Alternatively, you may have a master craftsman’s or technician’s certification, along with many years of experience in maintenance processes, ideally in the context of substations or FACTS systems.
Experience as a super user or key user for the SAP EAM/PM modules is advantageous.
Working with database-driven solutions and IT workflows to support the execution of business processes—and thus the provision of supporting solutions—spark your curiosity and drive you forward.
You are willing to continuously deepen and expand your knowledge of the IT tools used in relation to development needs and to contribute this knowledge.
Your strong teamwork and communication skills when collaborating with a large number of users and teams are part of your daily routine.
