SMA Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manages a global portfolio of photovoltaic and storage systems with an output of almost 5 GW. SMA offers a complete package and takes over the technical management of all components of a PV or storage system. The O&M service includes services such as permanent remote monitoring, regular maintenance of all components, evaluation of possible improvements and optimizations as well as support with warranty and procedural issues.
Your tasks
Second level support in the service area * You will be responsible for error analysis and the implementation of corrective measures, if necessary also in cooperation with internal or external interfaces, and take over the communication and documentation for complex component errors You will commission and set up the communication, control and monitoring systems and carry out fault analyses You identify potential improvements for future products and forward these to the responsible development department You check development results according to specified solutions and ensure documentation You appreciate the opportunity to work remotely
Your qualifications
You have a degree in a relevant subject (preferably in the field of electrical engineering); or comparable training with initial professional experience SCADA and monitoring systems are part of your daily work You have initial knowledge of large-scale photovoltaic and battery system construction You already use project management methods today Good communication in English and German is no obstacle for you
