(Senior) Business Consultant (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Recording the business and industry-specific processes of our customers (energy suppliers in Germany)
- You analyze the needs of our customers and develop solution offers & target processes for our sales and customer service
- You support the implementation of the new process landscape and solution concepts
- You manage projects and are responsible for the success of the project for the customer
- You ensure the introduction of smooth business processes and adapt the Schleupen.CS software according to our customer requirements
- You conduct Schleupen.CS user training and workshops
- Quality counts: You continuously develop your methodical and technical knowledge
- Travel activity: plannable and coordinated
Your qualifications
- Degree in business administration, business informatics or energy and water management or training with professional experience, e.g. in a consulting firm, software company or utility company
- Experience in the energy sector
- Enthusiasm for project work in an agile environment
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Enthusiasm for consulting with nationwide travel in the energy industry
- For your projects, the best solution and transparent, communicative, reliable teamwork always count for you
- Desirable, but not a must: Experience and process knowledge, e.g. in the areas of billing, market communication, grid, metering point operation or accounting
- Tools: Symbio, Visio according to BPMN
- Working method: revenue-oriented, with jointly agreed, objective goals
- Project management tool: Factro or industry-standard tools
