• As Senior Energy Manager – Data Management (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of innovative energy management solutions that combine efficiency, sustainability and economic success in a dynamic environment.
• You will coordinate employees in the specialist area, promote their development and take responsibility for tasks and targets
• You are responsible for the further development and automation of database applications and data evaluations
• You digitize energy data, promote its use and develop simulation and forecasting tools
• You will analyze energy fundamentals, develop optimization measures and evaluate processes
• You implement ISO 50001 standards and coordinate data management to achieve energy targets
• You manage projects, analyze market potential and develop concepts for new energy technologies

• Completed Master’s degree in the field of energy management, energy technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering or industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Additional qualifications in the areas of data management and data science
• Many years of professional experience in the relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of thermodynamics, power plant technology and utility systems
• Relevant knowledge in the field of regulation, energy industry laws and funding programs as well as process and energy technology
• Knowledge of Office programs, databases and energy simulation programs, fluency in English and a strong ability to think entrepreneurially and act in a results-oriented manner
