Your tasks

You are the contact person for all ESG (Environmental Social Governance) issues and work closely with various departments at HQ (e.g. Compliance, Corporate Accounting and Operation, Wind, Solar, HESS, Hydrogen) and internationally with the company's subsidiaries Process and analyze suppliers with regard to ESG ratings based on BoM (Bill of Materials) and prepare analyses, presentations and decision papers for Purchasing, divisional management and the Executive Board Prepare workshops and seminars for colleagues on ESG topics and conduct user training for specialist departments and subsidiaries, as well as technical user/authorization management of the ESG software Develop ESG strategies: identify ESG risks and opportunities relevant to the RE sector and report accordingly Conducts ESG assessments & action management of suppliers & subcontractors together with the responsible buyers/project managers Supports communication in relation to sustainability reporting


Your qualifications

Have a degree in economics, ideally with an additional qualification in sustainability management Have at least three years of relevant professional experience in the areas of responsibility, especially in purchasing and compliance Have knowledge of LKSG (Supply Chain Duty of Care Act), ESG standards and other relevant EU directives Have practical knowledge of purchasing, energy efficiency and sustainability Have a strong feel for language and an understanding of communication (both in German and English) combined with experience abroad and / or experience in international project work Demonstrate a committed, reliable and goal-oriented way of working Have a high level of initiative and commitment combined with a very independent and diligent way of working Are effective in collaborating in an interdisciplinary team environment and influencing decisions at all levels of the organization
