Senior expert (m/f/d) start-up & ecosystem full-time
Your tasks
- Research, analysis and content preparation of topics relating to innovative business models and technological developments for the energy transition
- Management of stakeholder processes in the context of start-ups, innovations, climate tech and the energy transition in a national and European context
- Independent management and control of (sub)projects in the areas of technical, economic and regulatory development in the fields of innovation, business models and transformation of the energy industry
- Continuous monitoring of the market environment
- Development of key topics and support for specialist topics relating to start-ups and innovations in the energy transition
- Project quality assurance
- Involvement in the further development of the field of work and the development of new knowledge and methods
The position is to be filled full-time and initially as a parental leave replacement for a limited period of two years with the option of permanent employment.
Your profile
- Successfully completed university studies (Master's/Diploma) in engineering, economics or political science
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in the fields of energy transition, energy industry, digitalization of the energy transition
- Experience with start-ups and innovations is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of the current (regulatory) challenges of the energy transition at national and European level
- Sophisticated ability to work analytically and conceptually
- Good understanding of political, economic and technical interrelationships and dynamics
- Very good written and spoken German
