Senior Manager (m/f/d) Cooperations & Battery Sales

We do renewables out of conviction: ABO Energy plans and builds wind and solar parks as well as battery and hydrogen projects worldwide. For almost 30 years, ABO Energy’s in-house specialist departments have been offering everything from a single source: from site assessment, planning, approval and financing to construction, electricity marketing, grid connection, operational management and service. Your tasks

  • Develops cooperation strategies for the acquisition of wind, photovoltaic and battery storage projects
  • Conducts contract negotiations with investors and cooperation partners (international partners, municipalities, municipal utilities, landowners, electricity consumers)
  • Finances and sells battery storage projects to international investors
  • Develop customized financing solutions for special projects that are conducive to the energy transition (e.g. substations, hydrogen electrolysis)
  • Work on the further development of the project development business model in Germany

Your qualifications

  • In Project Finance & Sales, we combine optimal financial structuring at project level with the subsequent sale of projects to well-known national and international investors. We are therefore looking for open-minded and motivated new colleagues who can think outside the box. If you enjoy taking on responsibility and want to help shape a sustainable energy transition, we can offer you a challenging and exciting role with us.
  • Have a degree, preferably in economics, law or a technical degree in the field of renewable energies or the real estate industry
  • Have several years of professional experience in the planning, financing and/or sales of renewable energy projects or real estate
  • Have a very good command of German and English, other languages are an advantage
  • Negotiate skillfully, appear confident and have a good legal understanding
  • Work independently, think entrepreneurially and are a team player
  • Enjoy familiarizing yourself with complex issues relating to the energy transition
